If a bulb goes out or a storm shifts a strand, we fix it within 24–48 hours at no extra charge.
Step 4. End of Season Takedown & Storage
After the holidays, we carefully remove, pack, and store everything safely in January.

Do I provide the lights or do you?
We provide all commercial-grade, custom-fit LED lights, extension cords, timers, and mounting clips. Since we supply professional-grade materials, we can guarantee reliability and provide free maintenance all season long.
What happens if a light bulb burns out or stops working?
In-season maintenance is included in your price. Simply give us a quick call or text, and a crew member will be out to replace the bulb or fix the section within 24 to 48 hours.
When do you install and take down the lights?
Installations begin in mid-October and run through mid-December. Takedown begins right after New Year’s Day and runs through mid-January.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, St. Louis Holiday Lights is fully backed and operated by MacPro Restore. We carry full commercial general liability and workers’ compensation insurance to protect you and your home.
